About

My name is Kaylie Hancock

Guide and Facilitor

I started Guided Grove to create a space where people could feel fully seen, held, and supported on their inner journeys. My intention has always been to guide others with care, honoring the body, mind, and spirit as they explore, release, and reconnect with themselves. This work is born from a love of holding space, a belief in the power of sacred medicine, and a desire to help others step gently into their own transformation.

My Journey

I didn’t always know where I belonged. From a young age, I often felt different... deeply sensitive, searching for connection, and trying to understand where I fit in the world. Much of my early life was shaped by feeling misunderstood, struggling with self-worth, and navigating mental and emotional health challenges that led me through years of therapy, psychiatric treatment, and medication. While these supports helped me survive, I always felt there was something deeper beneath my experiences that I couldn’t quite reach.

For most of my life, I searched for healing and belonging outside of myself through relationships, achievement, and trying to become who I thought I needed to be. Over time, that searching led me into profound burnout and a growing inner knowing that something had to change.

That turning point opened the door to my spiritual and healing path.

My journey into plant and psychedelic medicines began with psilocybin, MDMA, and later an extended plant dieta in Peru working with ayahuasca. These experiences introduced me to the intelligence of somatic and spiritual healing, yet it wasn’t until I sat with Bufo (5-MeO-DMT) that my life fundamentally shifted. That experience brought a level of peace, clarity, and connection that I had never known before. It also showed me that true healing is not only about the ceremony itself, but about preparation, safety, integration, and compassionate support.

Following my own awakening and integration process, I felt deeply called to support others navigating transformational healing journeys. Today, I am trained through the Temple of Eden Bufo Facilitator Program and the Psychedelic Concierge professional training pathway, where I focus on ethical, trauma-informed preparation, readiness assessment, and integration support. My approach blends personal lived experience with ongoing practitioner education and a strong commitment to safety, consent, and scope of practice.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I incorporate tools such as somatic awareness, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, parts work, and integration coaching to support clients before and after their experiences.

Guided Grove was created as a space that reflects my heart. Gentle, grounded, and deeply supportive. My intention is to walk beside individuals who feel called toward healing, self-reclamation, and spiritual reconnection, while honoring each person’s autonomy and unique path.

I believe transformation happens when compassion meets courage, and it is an honor to witness people remember who they truly are.

If you feel called to this work, I welcome you to explore whether we are a good fit to walk part of that path together.
